Yesterday was such an awesome experience! Where are you all coming from? The message was a needed slap in the face! A little poop(or poison for those who don't like that word)goes a long way. How true is that? We allow certain things to creep in because its nor really "that bad". His story about the mom making the brownies was so true. Talk about putting it into perspective!
I love how the Message puts Proverbs 25:26... A good person who gives in to a bad person is a muddied spring, a polluted well. We aren't supposed to be both. We are to be fresh water!! We become like the people we surround ourselves with. What does your "inner circle" look like? Where are the hearts of the people that you spend time with? When you get together does it bring out the best in you or the worst? These are things that we have to look at in our own life and decide what is going to be best for us? If you thirsty are going to want to drink out of a dirty stream or a water bottle that the water is brown? NO Way! You want fresh water, clean and sparkling. What are you? What are we?
